01What data we collect
When you submit our lead form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, which service tier you're interested in, and any project details you share. We do not collect data from people who don't fill out our forms.
02Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and — if you become a client — deliver and maintain your website. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
03How we store and secure it
Your data is stored securely in our database, accessible only to KAVOD administrators. We use industry standard access controls. Client project data (in the Client Portal) is protected by row level security — each client can only view their own project records. We do not store payment card details; all payments are processed by EcoCash, Paynow, or your bank directly.
04How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your project records for the duration of our engagement and as long as needed for legal/accounting purposes. If you submit an enquiry but don't become a client, we retain your lead details for up to 12 months in case you reach out again, then delete them.
05Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll respond within 30 days.
06Cookies and analytics
Our website may use basic analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., how many people visit, which pages are popular). This data is anonymised and not linked to your identity. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
07Third party services
When you pay us, your transaction is processed by EcoCash, Paynow, or your bank — not by KAVOD. We receive confirmation of payment but do not see or store your card or PIN details. Our website is hosted on a secure platform that manages infrastructure security.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and notify active clients. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
